The Impact of COVID-19 on Digital Leadership at Swiss Financial Institutions

This master thesis investigates the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on the development of digital leadership at four selected Swiss financial institutions. Digital leadership which can be described as to lead an organization, to lead its position, to leadits employees, and to lead oneself in the digital age, is a relevant topic for Swiss financial institutions that are facing the challenges of the digital age. Currently, Swiss financial institutions are also facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.With conducting a qualitative interview with a digital leadership expert, the knowledge about digital leadership required in addition to the literature has been deepened to enrich the discussion about digital leadership, to find out more about its causes and relevant factors, and to prepare for the interviews with the experts from the four selected Swiss financial institutions....
