Silueta Estética is a small one-woman aesthetic service company located in Zurich. In the last few years the competition increased due to favourable market development. To increase sales and grow further, Silueta aims to venture into a more profitable market; Aesthetic Medicine. Hence, both services (cosmetology and aesthetic medicine) could be available within the same company, thus, leaving its competition behind.
The additional problems were highlighted.
To evaluate the current global trends, secondary data was used. To evaluate and confirm/reject the global trends in Zurich, a survey was conducted. Based on the data obtained from the research, a detailed Business Plan was developed. Moreover, the market conditions were analysed by applying several models.
The data obtained from the survey gave an approximate insight to the targeted group's behaviour and main characteristics. Hence, this data will be useful to address the desired public efficiently in the future.
Moreover, the market situation in Zurich seems adequate to enter, since there are few competitors supplying similar services as Silueta GmbH would in the future. The primary and secondary data was than combined to create an scalable Business Plan for the company.
Solutions for the detected problems were given. The realization of this plan will hopefully yield promising results in the near future.
