Entrepreneurs without Frontiers (EwF) seeks to identify the needs and challenges of the local talents in the developing countries in order to provide suitable entrepreneurial knowledge, which fosters the development of sustainable self-help and increase the countries’ competitiveness. Prof. Werner J. Fischer assigned the project team with the task to elaborate a general concept paper.
The approach in order to elaborate the concept was to start with the Introduction part, it serves to understand the purpose and the goals of EwF. The Research & Analysis part is needed to gather enough knowledge concerning the term Entrepreneurship as well as similar Institutions and Projects to EwF. Potential Partners and Supporters were scanned in order to consolidate the valuable information gathered in factsheets. With these three parts as a fundament, the Concept was developed; it determines the core-functionalities and give clear indications on EwF's five phases.
As the Concept was completed the major finding was that in order to realize the project EwF needs more datas, information and specification. This realization is the basis for the last part, which serves as a conclusion and recommendation of the Project Paper. Various concerns will be addressed by giving a few tips and considerations for further research such as the corporate appearance, target country, target audience, creation of a win-win situation and many more.
