Litecom AG already addresses risks through operational experience, direct communication, specialist knowledge, and close collaboration across the company. The project examined how these strengths could be brought together in a practical company-wide approach that supports shared visibility, clear responsibilities, and consistent follow-up while remaining proportionate to the organization.
The study combined academic and professional risk-management guidance with a review of company documents and semi-structured stakeholder interviews across different functional areas. The material was analyzed to identify practical expectations and opportunities for further development. These insights were then translated into a company-wide approach suited to Litecom AG.
The thesis presents a practical corporate risk-management framework tailored to Litecom AG. It builds on the company’s existing strengths by bringing risk-related information and responsibilities into a clearer shared structure. An illustrative Excel prototype and phased roadmap demonstrate how the framework can be translated into practice. Together, the deliverables provide Litecom AG with a concrete foundation for a more connected, visible, and sustainable approach to corporate risk management.
