This master thesis provides a framework and methodology to integrate use case scenarios for project CLiCk (Cloud Life Cycle Platform) of the Competence Center Cloud Computing of the University of Applied Science Northwestern Switzerland. The goal of project CLiCk is to provide a web based platform encouraging and supporting cloud usage for Swiss small and medium enterprises. The use cases build an artifact of the CLiCk platform and should provide examples for cloud computing interested companies and support the other artifacts of project CLiCk.The use case artifact consists of a repository serving as a knowledge base and an approach to personalize the outcome supported by semantic web (Web 3.0) tools of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) such as Resource Description Framework (RDF), the Web Ontology Language (OWL), and SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language (SPARQL). Providing cloud computing use cases requires a systematic approach for analyzing and describing the use case scenarios. Such an approach is developed and compared to current methodologies with respect to the project CLiCk goals. The approach structures the use cases chapter wise and builds a framework inclusive guidance. It focuses on a holistic view but meets appropriate details with respect to CLiCk goals. The framework makes the use cases comparable and assessable due to the structured procedure....
