Present day organisations are complex entities characterised by diverse business processes and extensive knowledge, both human and organisational. Business processes such as, Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), aid in the very definition and regulation of an organisation’s structure. Furthermore, they help an organisation to flexibly acclimatise to fluctuating market conditions through the alignment of business and IT.
