Dreier AG and its sister company Dreier Fashion rely on fragmented, paper-based systems to manage customer relationships, resulting in inefficiencies, data duplication, and missed opportunities for collaboration. This decentralized approach creates challenges in data management and limits connectivity between processes, hindering operational efficiency and scalability. With the CEO approaching retirement, the urgency to adopt a centralized CRM system has grown to ensure long-term operational improvements.
The project followed a systematic approach to identify and evaluate CRM solutions. This included a needs assessment and an as-is analysis to highlight operational gaps and define requirements. A market research identified suitable options and shortlisted potential CRM systems. A weighted decision matrix was used to assess the shortlisted systems based on criteria like usability, cost, security, and functionality. A hypothetical implementation plan was developed to provide a clear roadmap for integrating the CRM system while addressing potential risks.
The evaluation provided Dreier AG and Dreier Fashion with clear insights into the CRM systems that align best with their operational requirements and strategic goals. By assessing solutions, the analysis identified systems capable of modernizing customer relationship management while addressing existing inefficiencies. The recommended CRM solution will serve as a foundation for centralizing customer data, streamlining processes, and integrating seamlessly with existing operations. This will enable both companies to improve internal collaboration, enhance customer interactions, and gain valuable insights through advanced analytics. The adoption of a CRM system will empower Dreier AG and Dreier Fashion to achieve greater efficiency and secure their competitive position for the future.
