The main goal is to generate product information, automate platform integration, solve operational difficulties such as managing product images and generating SEO text according to product image identification, using generative AI technology (AI assistants).
Employing Design Science Research (DSR) methodologies, the research utilizes models like Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Google Vertex-AI for creating product descriptions, as well as Stable Diffusion for improving images. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research approaches, including literature reviews, data analysis, case studies, and prototype design interview testing, is used.
The study finds significant improvements in product data management and operational efficiency, supported by user interviews and surveys. However, time and technical constraints limited the development of a fully functional application for user
testing or assessment of AI-generated content compatibility with e-commerce platform guidelines. Future research should focus on these aspects to fully evaluate the practical impact of AI-generated content.
