The growing complexity of pension fund management and the inadequate knowledge among BVG-insured employees with respect to their retirement benefits require innovative tools for education. If at all, traditional methods have been inefficient in the best cases, leaving huge gaps in understanding and engaging techniques. In this regard, this thesis works to fill this gap by designing a more interactive and user-friendly training platform to enhance the capacities of employees in the required knowledge for efficient management of pensions.
The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative insights to assess user needs and market dynamics. A SWOT analysis of existing platforms was conducted to identify gaps and opportunities. The study proposes a hybrid platform integrating AI-driven chatbots and human advisors, ensuring robust data security, user engagement, and seamless integration with existing systems.
The results indicate a rather strong demand for a user-friendly, interactive pension fund training platform aimed at BVG-insured employees. The approach taken would give instant feedback, personalized advice, and multimedia learning resources. This will not only increase user interaction and knowledge in finance but also positions the client as a leader in the market, offering a scalable and cost-effective solution tailored to the evolving needs of its users. It is expected that the strategic platform implementation will have significant outcomes on the level of financial preparedness of the employees, resulting in better retirement and general satisfaction with pension fund management.
