The company has faced significant challenges in communication and change integration. These issues emphasiae the urgent need for a strong communication strategy and a clear change management plan to enhance performance and increase employee engagement.
Using Kotter's 8-Step Model, the implementation was structured to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, a team-building escape room was developed to enhance employees' problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, reinforcing core values and company philosophy. To strengthen the communication strategy, several developments are proposed. A comprehensive communication plan with consistent updates, tailored content, and new technology, such as a dedicated mobile app, will ensure all employees remain well-informed and engaged.
To sum up, this thesis suggests a change management plan using Kotter's 8-Step Model and improved communication to address gaps and boost employee engagement. These changes aim to create a more collaborative work environment, aligning employees with the company’s goals and ultimately contributing to the company's success. By implementing these steps, everyone will work together more effectively, driving the company towards growth and success.
