The study primarily centers on presenting a potential business model while concurrently examining the associated opportunities and challenges inherent in the proposed subscription facilitation framework.
The research methodology consists of different methods, such as primary research involving interviews and surveys and secondary research by analyzing already existing sources. The whole project was systematically structured within the framework of Scrum, employing an iterative and incremental paradigm for project management.
The findings support the idea of the subscription facilitator to facilitate the users experience by focusing on the potential challenges such as financial efficiency, time savings, data security, customer acquisition efforts and regulatory compliance. The platform of the subscription facilitator seeks to provide a comprehensive and inclusive solution for the effective management of diverse subscriptions. Through targeted mitigation of user pain points, the provision of tailored solutions, and the cultivation of strategic partnerships, the platform attempts to optimize user experiences, broaden its market reach, and present innovative value propositions. This research underscores the paramount importance of data privacy and security, emphasizing the imperative for robust measures to safeguard user information and inspire trust. Given the evolving landscape of subscription services, the proposed platform not only responds adeptly to present requirements but also foresees future market trends, encompassing global expansion opportunities, analytics-driven decision-making, and the cultivation of strategic relationships. In conclusion, the project conducted presents a possible solution.
