The firm’s 3-year expansion strategy aims to introduce the Bristle Blaster® to the Swiss market, targeting the automotive and general services industries. As a newly established entity, Monti PWA is still in the early stages of understanding the Swiss market, resulting in limited market knowledge and presence. The diversity of Switzerland presents key challenges in effectively increasing market share, also due to already established competitors in those sectors.
To address the challenges faced by Monti PWA in the Swiss market, we focused on the main marketing frameworks we have learned during our studies, to conduct intensive research on branding, their online presence, market analyses, and operational strategies. These efforts yielded valuable insights into the current market dynamics, business goals, and potential opportunities for Monti PWA in the complex automotive and general servicing markets. We aimed to construct effective marketing recommendations for the company's integration into the Swiss market.
Because of our research, we recommend Monti PWA increases its digital and online presence to enhance brand identity and customer engagement. We emphasise on the importance of digital marketing and social media utilisation to increase visibility and attract connections with the target audience, supporting a successful market entry and expansion. Moreover, the recommendations also encompass launching an own website with the inclusion of customer testimonials, focusing on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) rather than Search Engine Advertising (SEA) for less cost-intensive marketing, sustaining an active social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, and seeking Business-to-Business (B2B) partnerships with Swiss retailers. We recommend Monti PWA to emphasise the Bristle Blaster®'s distinct qualities, adjust their pricing to Swiss standards, and incorporate MontiPower's 'Closed Cycle Solutions' to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers and promote sustainability. These recommendations provide a basic roadmap to enhance Monti PWA‘s reach, enlarge their insights into the current market as well as the targeted industries and lastly contribute to a successful market assimilation.
