Acknowledging the potential benefits of AI, a Swiss bank has decided to investigate possible application of AI within its daily operations. The focus on the project is on internal use cases, as the bank currently prefers no direct interaction between its banking clients and AI.
For the potential integration of AI systems, the legal framework relevant to the project is analysed. Furthermore, an assessment of various AI system solutions is conducted based on their compatibility with the definied use cases and their simplicity of implementing the proposed solutuions. Additionally, Net Present Value calculations are presented for the solutions which provide insights on the financial aspect of a potential implementation. Finally, a recommendation of use cases and the relevant AI system for realization of the project is formulated.
In conclusion, the project team recommends leveraging two existing partnerships for the implementation of AI solutions into the daily operations. The two solutions convine with a positive financial impact within the initial five years as well their seamless implementation.
