The DRC emerges as a transformative tool, offering businesses promising avenues in digital transformation. However, potential obstacles could impede its seamless integration and adoption. DRC needs a well-defined marketing and financing strategy for optimal positioning. Challenges lie in securing full board support, demanding a robust business case to showcase its strategic potential as well as further development of unique selling propositions to enhance DRC's persuasiveness. Insights from the consulting team and interviews underscore these challenges.
To tackle these challenges, a systematic approach was undertaken. A literature review was conducted to deepen insights into the realms of digital transformation and digital marketing. This foundational knowledge laid the groundwork for interviews with SMEs, digital transformation experts, marketing professionals as well as nag informatik's business consultants. The combination of academic research, real-world expertise, and the teachings from the "Digital Marketing" course by A. Gnocchi culminated in the formulation of comprehensive work packages designed to enhance nag's approach.
The culmination of this study has yielded a multifaceted array of benefits for nag informatik. The practical implications are embodied in a series of crafted work packages that offer a conceptual roadmap for the future. These encompass:
Marketing Concept: A structured digital marketing blueprint is presented, unraveling how nag can effectively position and promote the DRC in the competitive digital consulting arena.
Financing Concept: A tailored financing framework is devised, providing flexible options that resonate with SMEs, making the DRC accessible and appealing while sustaining the financial health of nag informatik.
DRC USP Development & Optimization: The unique selling propositions of the DRC have been extended and refined to resonate more profoundly with the target audience, enhancing its attractiveness and competitiveness.
Business Model Development & Optimization: Insights and strategies for the evolution of nag's business model have been formulated, enabling alignment with the evolving market landscape.
Business Case: A comprehensive business case for the DRC has been created, substantiating its potential value proposition with benefits that outweigh costs.
