x30 started its first training operation in Baden AG since 2015. It is a functional strength and endurance training concept which includes 3 training formats. The short & efficient training format ensures maximum results with minimum expenditure of time. The training take place in small groups and the personal training atmosphere guarantees personal support and progress.

The aim and purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to set up a franchise business plan that provide a comprehensive roadmap for the franchisor and potential franchisees. This business plan serves as a recommendation for xCoach GmbH in launching and growing their x30 franchise system, and for potential franchisees in evaluating the feasibility of investing in the franchise.

Results of this paper reflect key aspects for xCoach GmbH: x30 franchise model, marketing and management plan, personnel plan, the amount of necessary investments. By the end of this report, xCoach should have a concrete franchise model and be able to apply in practice. This will also help xCoach GmbH to make informed decisions and to develop a successful franchise business enabling the company to reach its vision of providing high-quality products to customers.
