Helpica is a startup in the building with the goal of creating a trusted platform connecting those requiring assistance with people willing to help. The task was to create a qualitative market research and a digital marketing concept that resonates with the target audience. The goal is building brand awareness, loyalty, engagement and trust. Helpica’s vision focused on connecting two different target audiences and enhancing lives through community support.
The work began with a comprehensive analysis of Helpica’s business and goals, followed by a qualitative survey. The digital marketing strategy leads to a multi-channel social media approach. Target audience, tonality and language for communication were analysed. To optimise reach, Helpica’s internal and external assets were analysed, and recommendations for creating consistent branding within the posts were given. A tailored local marketing concept was created for Olten, with a list of potential partner communities and a prepared reach-out plan.
The outcome is a robust marketing strategy for Helpica, aligning the vision with actionable steps. The delivered blueprint includes a multi-channel social media tactic that increases the reach and can help building a trustful and loyal community of helpers (helpies) and aid seekers. By harnessing the internal and external resources presented, Helpica can create content for their social media channels that resonates with the target audience and strengthens Helpica’s identity. The provided local marketing concept for Olten facilitates partnerships and can allow Helpica to position as a vital contributor to the community. The marketing concept provided can also optimise ad campaigns, increase organic reach and supports user-generated content. The concept goes beyond virtual spaces as it also provides a blueprint to help collaborations with local institutions and communities. In summation, the provided digital marketing strategy unites online presence, content creation and local involvement. Helpica can increase its brand recognition, community support and, most importantly, try to enrich lives with the help of this digital (agile) marketing concept.
