Schools in rural Zimbabwe are struggling with the classic way of education and problems like teacher-centric ways of education, lack of new technologies, lack of resources as well as the shortage of textbooks, teachers, and learning materials. This research helps the teachers form rural areas (like Mpumelelo) to create their own educational videos and to support student participation.Purpose: The goal of this research is to understand how teachers in a rural school can produce educational videos that support student-centric learning.Method: To achieve the goal of this research, a guide for producing and using educational video was developed. The teachers from Mpumelelo secondary school in rural Zimbabwe created their videos and presented the videos in the classrooms based on the developed guide.The data of this research generated from the observation of the intervention and the interviews with the teachers.
