The first hype around cloud computing is over and cloud services settle as well-accepted and adapted technologies. Though the enterprise’s work is not done with sourcing cloud services or buying cloud infrastructure. The challenge consists of the successful organizational transformation to unveil the full potential of cloud services and to enable the organization to generate business value with these cloud assets. Even though many companies have started integrating cloud services in their service delivery, they are often overstrained to adapt organizational structures and processes accordingly. It is recognized that new roles and skills are required for the successful transformation, but it is not exactly known what roles and skills are needed at what specific time. An organizational framework model is a universal instrument to encounter this problem. Together with an organizational assessment framework it is a powerful tool to assess the current state of the IT organization concerning efficient and effective cloud service delivery....
