Knowledge and information about technopreneurship landscape in these specific regions is of immense importance to the initiation of the project.
The project was kicked-off on May 9th, 2017. After the submission of the project charter, researches were made according to the topic. Expert interviews were scheduled in between the process. On August 2nd, 2017, the mid-term presentation took place, in which the thesis submission deadline was extended for 2 more weeks in order for the project executor to have more interviews. On August 18th 2017, the paper was submitted via Moodle platform.
The paper managed to look into every aspect of the topic: from the current situation of technopreneurship in Southeast Asia and Switzerland, to future technological trends, as well as barriers and success factor of technopreneurs in the fore-mentioned regions. As the thesis mainly uses recent reports and researches, the provided knowledge and information is quite up-to-date. Unstructured interviews with local experts also provide the paper with in-depth insights and evaluations on the topic. Although further researches are essential to address specific issues within the wide topic of techopreneurship, the paper has provided a good foundation and broad understanding about the subject to help initiating the client's project.
