The research presented in this master's thesis provides a new developed model called Corporate Culture 4.0 and Mindset 4.0. The development addresses companies which aim to pave the way for digital transformation. In order to do so, they need, among other characteristics, a corporate culture and mindset among their employees which supports such a transformation: namely, a corporate culture 4.0 and mindset 4.0. Before an organization knows what measures need to be defined, leading to the desired corporate culture 4.0 and mindset 4.0, the as-is situation must be evaluated. Therefore, the main research question was defined: Can a model be developed that supports companies in evaluating their current digital corporate culture and their employees' digital mindset, in order to pave the way for digital transformation? This main question was divided into four sub-questions with the following objectives: firstly, finding a definition for the expressions digital corporate culture and digital mindset; secondly, researching existing and relevant digital corporate culture and digital mindset models, in order to identify the dimensions of digital culture and digital mindset; thirdly, identifying the relevant dimensions, including indicators of each dimension of a digital corporate culture and digital mindset; before finally defining relevant questions for each indicator, to evaluate the digital corporate culture and digital mindset of employees....
