Combining academic literature with qualitative insights from young professionals, the research highlights the need for a stronger alignment between internal innovation efforts and external talent communication. Core themes such as ethical AI, purposeful work, and continuous learning emerged as key expectations among Generation Z.
The thesis outlines a set of strategic recommendations to strengthen employer branding for AI-related roles. These include improving visibility in relevant digital ecosystems, refining messaging for diverse talent profiles, and promoting authentic employee experiences. By doing so, companies can better position themselves as progressive, inclusive, and forward-looking employers in the evolving landscape of AI Junior Talent.
