This company has aimed to identify which client segments contribute most significantly to the total revenue and, based on this, how they could use these insights to enhance overall profitability by refining their marketing strategies, improving customer engagement, and allocating resources more effectively in order to be able to maximize returns.
In order to do this, an extensive data analysis has been conducted. This analysis, based on client data from 2020 to 2024, focused on factors such as industry type, risk level, and geographical location within Switzerland. An advanced statistical tool called Stata was used to process and analyze the data, focusing on different key metrics that were defined.
My statistical analysis has revealed that clients from a certain risk type across most of the industries identified generated the highest gross profits for the company. A geographical analysis also identified regional disparities, with some areas underperforming and others overperforming. The client was recommended to focus marketing efforts on the most profitable clientele. The findings and recommendations offer the company actionable insights into how they can strategically enhance growth and profitability.
