The tool has been designed to assist organizations in developing and improving high-performing teams and further aims to simplify skills identificationThe to enhance internal talent and improve team performance, particularly in a cross-functional environment. The study examines the main pain points management and leaders of global organizations face in team building and explores the integration of AI to improve team dynamics and performance. Most companies struggle to leverage the theoretical advantages of cross-functional teams leading to missed opportunities and inefficient team outcomes.  
The research has been conducted with the help of a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. The literature review lays the foundation for an understanding of the theoretical aspects of cross-functional and high-performing teams as well as the integration of AI in HR management. This part is followed by semi-structured interviews with HR experts and coaches providing insights into current practices and hurdles encountered by companies. Ultimately, a survey has been conducted with managers, leaders, and employees to capture the current market environment.
The key findings have highlighted areas where team dynamics, collaboration, and internal talents can be improved as well as the readiness of companies to overcome these pain points. The implementation of AI-powered talent agility tools indicates the presence of powerful market demand and a promising future to address these challenges for improved talent and resource allocation. However, due to its newness, it still raises concerns in certain areas which need to be discussed with future research and deeper investigations into the long-term impacts. Conclusively, the research findings and the current market conditions offer collup AG an extensive understanding of the difficulties that potential clients encounter and the particular attributes that could lead to the success of their AI tool, aiming to enhance team collaboration and performance. These results assist the further advancement and refinement of collup AG's prototype, indicating that it can fill a noteworthy gap in the market.
