Hierarchical structures in organizations are increasingly substituted by team-based structures. The offering of collaboration tools is evolving at a high pace. Providers of collaboration services compete each other on a saturated market to provide the best support for collaboration processes within these teams. At SIX Group, a broad set of these collaboration tools are in operation. Since late 2016, Microsoft Teams, a chat-based collaboration hub has been in testing as part of the project Digital Workspace. However, the abundant availability of rapidly evolving collaboration tools prevents teams from choosing and adopting state of the art collaboration services. Team members use outdated or inconvenient groupware, and are not able to exploit their collaborative potential....
